Salmon Steak Kyoto

Ingredients:

2 lbs of salmon, about 4 steaks

Marinade

1/3 cup light soy sauce
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon green onion, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced

Directions

Combine all marinade ingredients. Add the salmon steaks and marinate in the fridge for minimum 60 minutes turning half way through.

When ready to cook, remove the salmon and set the marinade aside. Heat up the marinade. Arrange the salmon on the grill and baste the top of each steak with the marinade. Grill for about 7-8 minutes and turn. Baste the cooked side with the warmed marinade.

Serve with couscous and green beans.
