Jambalaya

INGREDIENTS:

2 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound of boneless chicken breast , diced
1 hamsteak (about six ounces, diced)
1 8oz package of Polish kielbasa, diced
1 medium onion chopped
1 chopped green pepper
2 garlic cloves, chopped fine
1 teaspoon chili power
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaaspoon cajun spices
1/4 spoon cayenne pepper
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 (14 1/2 oz) can tomatoes, chopped with juice
1/2 teaspoon dried leaf thyme, crumbled
2 cups rice

PREPARATION:
Heat oil; sauté chicken for 5 minutes, adding the ham and sausage after a few minutes.then add onion, green pepper and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes longer, then add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes.

Boil the rice and when ready mix into the Jambayala and stir
Jambalaya recipe serves 6.
