Dry Memphis Rub

Ingredients:

2-1/2 tsp. hot chili powder

2 tsp. ground cumin

1 tsp. ground coriander

1 tsp. kosher salt

1/2 tsp. paprika

1/2 tsp. dark brown sugar

1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

1/4 tsp. cayenne

Directions

Add to a bowl and stir. Will keep for up to two weeks in a cool dry place

This mix is good enough to cover about 3/4 rack of pork ribs.
