Bar-b-q sauce (marinading and basting)

Ingredients:

8oz packet of celery, minced

large onion, minced

4 tablespoons butter

20oz bottle of Ketchup

1/3 cup lemon juice

4 tablespoons brown sugar

1/4 cup red wine

4 tablespoons cider vinegar

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons dry mustard

Directions

In a skillet cook celery and onion in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
